On the 13 patch itself
NoopManager - Can we use the latest reconfigure API to set the edgeproperty
instead of the edgedescriptor?
This not needed anymore since the scheduling causal ta is set only in the
recoveryFailed if block. Noone is overriding it anymore. Right? So the
getSchedulingCausalTA() method should also go away.
