Yes, this is an issue which may confuse users but would not affect the job.
Will create a follow up jira, and I think it will exist not only in the
recovery case, but also in speculation.
Regarding the MultipleArcTransition, I choose option 2, but needs to make a
little changes on the Task/TaskAttempt's state machine
* TaskAttempt, add transition from NEW to SUCCEEDED
* Task, add transition from SCHEDULED to RUNNING|SUCCEEDED (task may not able
to go to RUNNING because task attempt doesn't move to RUNNING and tell its task)
