versionOverride - is to get past the version of Hadoop that may be in the
classpath during the test ? Shouldn't the classname itself take care of this ?
The override tests in TestHadoopShims<version>Provider - they seem to be
overriding with the Provider which would have been returned irrespective of the
override ?
