Looking at the patch only from the perspective of how it would affect LLAP -
LLAP makes use of TezTaskRunner2, so it'll need to get the Tez HadoopShim and
pass it in. We could leave the existing constructor and have it get it's own
copy of the shim. However, given the set of changes going into Hive, I think
it's ok to skip this.
