Description:
Functionality improvements:
-- Auto-refresh seems disabled by default-
-- Tez build version must be automatically pulled from pom file-
-- Disable sorting for status, progress and counters-
-- Add rmProxyHost-

- Add completedVertices, totalVertices
Looks & feel improvements:
- caller info corners are not pixel perfect
- Breadcrumbs & license text can be a bit bigger
- Make all DAGs search UI pixel perfect, select is a bit shifted downwards, and
the margins can be better.
