Description:
Functionality improvements:
-Auto-refresh seems disabled by default-
-Tez build version must be automatically pulled from pom file-
-Disable sorting for status, progress and counters-
-Add rmProxyHost-
-Add timeZone configuration-

-caller info corners are not pixel perfect-
-Breadcrumbs & license text can be a bit bigger-
