I want to avoid exposing a concatenated field - essentially any information
over what is exposed by InputContext. We don't really have a construct like a
TaskAttemptId which provides this full string either. That may come in as part
of the Plugin APIs - in which case the serialized form could be exposed.

Will rename to idx, and also expose some additional parameters like the
applicationId and uniqueId which are otherwise part of TezInputContext.
