[~jlowe] Based on how some folks are consuming these events, it might be better
to have a slightly different event ( history only ) which ends up setting the
launch time and also modifies status to RUNNING. Additionally, the current
event could be modified to not set start time. Some of the analysers misbehave
if the start time is changed after the fact hence having it be set only once
when the start actually happened may be a better approach.
Lastly, on a different note,
HistoryTimelineEventConversion::convertTaskFinishedEvent() if it had
set/overwritten the start time, this would probably have hidden this particular
issue.
