Lets go with maven-3.1+ and frontend-plugin-1.1 and check its stability for the
next few weeks in terms of builds, issues reported. If we hit issues, we can
revert back to the profile approach. Given that there are no actual code
changes when using different versions, I am inclined to try the new version as
build issues will tell us about problems as compared requiring folks to deploy
and test if there were code changes involved.
