* I'll remove the primaryFilters since the queue info from this jira will not
be set if yarn does not send it via the environment variable. The UI can use
queue info in other info to populate the table, if it is not set then fall back
to the older implementation.
* Reading queue from ApplicationReport can only be done for session mode, non
session mode we submit the DAGPlan along with the application, we would not be
able to implement it fully.
