Meeting discussion outcome:
(4) - We will take no action.
(5) - Improve the error distinguishing, low priority.
(6) - Ask @Humbedooh about what the properly reset and continuation
semantics are.
(7) - No action.
(8) - Fix the source tree comparison so it can be restarted.
(9) - Add retry, and discuss degraded SBOM output with @alitheg.
The research comment for (9) was truncated, and should have continued after
("and if unreachable") "will not retry and will fail the whole task. We could
add retrying, and potentially just output an SBOM with degraded quality. HTTP
errors are cached, but probably should not be."
