No they will not: https://github.com/apache/trafficcontrol/blob/master/traffic_ops/traffic_ops_golang/routing/routes.go#L316 https://github.com/apache/trafficcontrol/blob/master/traffic_ops/traffic_ops_golang/routing/routes.go#L180 The plan is that when those routes are deprecated they will be removed from clients.
