   <!-- Describe how the bug manifests / how the current features are
insufficient. -->
   Multiple bug in create Server page.
   1. Go to create Server page : `https://link-tp-url/#!/servers/new`. Then
fill out all the red required information. Notice that the **Interfaces** part
are not required and it doesn't highlight in red. Now, user can click on the
Create button. The create button not suppose to be enable at this point.
   2. Go to create Server page : `https://link-tp-url/#!/servers/new`. Then
fill out all the red required information. Now click on the '+' next to
Interfaces to add new interfaces. Notice that the **interface name** doesn't
highlight in red and have the word `required` underneath but it change the
behavior of the Create button from enable to disable.
   3. Go to create Server page : `https://link-tp-url/#!/servers/new`. Then
fill out all the red required information. Now, in the interface part, if you
input a Gateway with a /netmask (For example: wrong/32). The Gateway text place
doesn't highlight in red.

   ## Expected / new behavior:
   <!-- Describe what the behavior would be without the bug / how the feature
would improve Traffic Control -->
   1. The create button not suppose to be enable before user input Interfaces
information.
   2. The button that can add new interfaces should not change the behavior or
the Create button.
   3. Gateway should be highlight if user input it wrong or doesn't input any
information.
   ## Minimal reproduction of the problem with instructions:
