Added some more commits to show the direction I was thinking of going with
some of the refactoring, what the move back to `flag` from `urfave/cli` looks
like, and added the `vendor` directory. These changes so far work fine locally.
If these look OK to you guys @PSUdaemon @rob05c @dewrich, then I'll propagate
them to the sync command, and traffic_stats.go.
I'll hold off on changing the tests until there is consensus.
