Does it open port 8089 for you ? On my box, I only get port 8088, which is
somewhat necessary (traffic_cop will fail otherwise). Also, port 8088 has some
useful commands that can given to it, so at a minimum, we'd also need to have a
way to enable this port even if clustering is off.
