my origin webserver is nginx (set gzip for js and css)
if i set CONFIG proxy.config.http.insert_request_via_str INT 0 , the client
will get gzip content from ats
if if i set CONFIG proxy.config.http.insert_request_via_str INT 2 ,the client
get none gzip content
my ts version 3.0.3 centos 6.0 x86_64
