With a full disk cache, neither neither proxy.process.cache.evacuate.* or
proxy.process.cache.gc_bytes_evacuated are showing any signs of activity.
One possibly related symptom is that proxy.node.cache.bytes_free_mb flatlined
at 48MB free out of 880GB after dropping steadily at the rate I was expecting,
and hasn't moved since.
