traffic_shell stats show the eviction taking place, Ie bytes used fluctuating
as stuff is evicted and fresh stuff is added, so it looks like everything is
working normally and server performance is unaffected, think this is just a
stats issue. It just makes it hard for us to visualise how ATS is performing
evacuation wise.
