I am currently reviewing and testing the patch. One of the major things i just
find out is the use of tcl. I think tcl is used mostly for the hash table and
its related functionality.
Earlier i read Leif's efforts in rewriting traffic_shell and the goal of
eliminating tcl as a dependency eventually. So i think we should consider not
using tcl in the plugin and replace it with something else.
Alternatively we can strip those functionality using tcl in this patch and take
the time to rewrite them and submit a separate jira/patch later on.
