Hmmm, I haven't looked at the code, but in the HttpSM we copy (upon config
reloads) into the global config. I'm guessing the TLS subsystem doesn't have
such a concept.
No thoughts on the actual config? Are we positive one single host is adequate
for the typical use cases? The reason I'm asking is, I'm not 100% convinced
this should be a records.config setting.
