@zwoop @jrushford -- I pushed another commit which removes the use of the
MIME header. It adds pointers to the HttpTransact::State's
cache_info.lookup_url and cache_info.parent_selection_url variables into the
HttpRequestHeader data structure. It looks like somebody used a similar
approach with the api_info variable in HttpRequestHeader previously. I went
ahead and included adding look_url to help with TS-4025 mentioned above.
