@jrushford -- I pushed a new commit with your recommended changes. I didn't
squash it yet so you can see just the diff from what you reviewed earlier. I
also updated the API and Lua API documents. Let me know if you are ready to
merge, and I'll go ahead and squash it. I haven't used interactive git rebase
before (I am worried about breaking the GitHub PR linkage to the branch). I
don't see any other way to squash in place since I thought one usually squashes
during the merge or cherry-pick.
