@zwoop - have you tried adjusting
proxy.config.http.parent_proxy.connect_attempts_timeout configs. I no-longer
see thiem after increasing the timeout at my first tier. Need to allow time
for higher tiers to complete a transaction retry before timeimng out and
closing the connection at a lower tier.
