@shinrich Maybe the SSL_CTX_set_early_cb() is better than
SSL_CTX_set_tlsext_servername_callback() ?
Only one plugin could hook on the TS_SSL_SERVERNAME_HOOK since the
SSL_CTX_set_tlsext_servername_callback() can not stop.
