Hans Zeller commented on TRAFODION-7:
-------------------------------------
I have a patch that adds a new "eclipse" make target to create .project files
that can then be imported into Eclipse. There are a lot of warnings in Eclipse.
Hopefully we can reduce those over time. I've started this process and
eliminated a few.
Pierre, would this approach be ok with you and would you be ok with me working
on the JIRA? The .project file would not be checked into git. Instead, we would
have an easy way to generate the necessary .project files, allowing Eclipse
users to customize them to their own preferences. Some settings will be added
to the pom.xml files for some Maven projects. I'm also planning to add a wiki
page and/or a video on how to use Eclipse with Trafodion.
