[~jmclean] OK - I'll create a copy of it in Google Slides, go over it to adjust
the content (currently it's largely Inner Source including the concept and
implementation of codeowners at github which we do not generally use at
Apache), translate the content and then share the link here. Thanks for your
offer to help with conversion.
