I was using different scheme of keyboard switching, without "latin layout included". Still leaves the question, however, why setxkbmap affects the OO, so that this "allows" shortcut characters to be drawn: setxkbmap -model pc104 -layout us,by -variant ,winkeys and this doesn't: setxkbmap -model pc104 -layout by -variant ,winkeys --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
