Please uninstall all components, than re-install without mixing different
versions: In order to have a multi-language UI, please install first the normal
(i.e. English) OOo from download.openoffice.org, than the langpack of the last
RC of the same version, which you may obtain from
ftp://ftp-1.gwdg.de/pub/openoffice/extended/ (in case of OOo 2.2.1 it's
2.2.1rc3). Be sure to install only the langpack for your operating system on top
of the English version, not a full localized version. For further assistance,
please refer to the users mailing list of the corresponding project; in your
case see
