Fixed does not work - when using the initial description (Writer: Press F12 ->
Bullets and numberings as well as the previously closed format-bar pop open).
This also happens when inserting bullets and numberings via menu
(Format->Bullets and numbering...", close the dialog with ok -> Toolbars
reappear.
Happens on Solaris Sparc and Windows, Linux not tested yet. Reop
