cd->jsk: Please keep in mind that we have to two different toolbars, context
sensitive and non-context sensitive ones. This problem describes only a problem
with non-context sensitive toolbars. Contex sensitive toolbars should reappear
as they are important for the normal user. Only a toolbar close operation via
"View - Toolbars" is a permanent close. This definition was applied by the UX
team to help inexperienced users (many of them closed context sensitive toolbars
and had later problems to find them again).
