In the spec doc
http://specs.openoffice.org/ui_in_general/toolbars/openoffice_org_toolbar_spec.odt
the icon size 26x26 is given twice on page "50 54/59" (why don't we assign
plain page numbers to our specs?)
I did test the feature for 16x16, but not for the other size.
