This commit should fix #426 and #229 ### What changes were proposed in this pull request? update `preAllocatedSize` atomic ### Why are the changes needed? `preAllocatedSize` could be negative in prod env and this affects memory pressure calculation. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
