This is a known issue. If you look at the \{{amprotocol#RemoveApplication}}, it
is not being called by any app manager yet.
Also, the un-registration of an app from shim to core is not implemented yet,
due to the problem we do not know when an app could be finished and deleted.
Let's move this to the umbrella YUNIKORN-201 to track.
