The downloads page point to the blog. We should not be pointing to the blog. We
need to point to the release announcement that we had (and should have again)
on the website.
The announcement on the blog does not have the same content as we have in the
release notes on the web.
The current release notes that were added back are part of the docs. The docs
will be versioned, that means the link will change.
Two questions pop up:
* How will we keep the link current to that release note from the downloads
page?
* How are we going to manage new releases with notes and what will be the
process in the build for this?
