In my opinion, it is easier to keep the master branch code of our 3 repos in
sync (use latest dependencies). If we do not want to include some changes in
the latest code base, then we develop that in a dev branch, e.g YUNIKORN-2. The
case here, we already had the
https://github.com/apache/incubator-yunikorn-scheduler-interface/pull/29 pushed
to the master, it is easier to update core and the shim for the same to avoid
later code-merge complexity.
