Hi [~akhilpb]
Does UI check the HTTP return code today?
If UI gets an HTTP return code other than 200-299 successful code, shall we
prompt a dialog to indicate something is wrong?
Now I think the REST endpoints will return proper HTTP code plus JSON format
error message, that will help the UI to generate some feedback to the users
when some error happens.
> Adopt JSON based error responses

> As part of https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/YUNIKORN-545, all API's
> error responses has been changed from text to JSON. Error response JSON
> structure in YUNIKORN-545. We will need to adopt this change in UI as well.
