Hi [~wwei],
Since UI uses mostly GET APIs, UI usually gets 200 OK responses. UI does not
check http codes until now, would be a nice experience if we show some
indicators like a alert message if something is wrong while fetching the data.
The possible scenarios would be failure of one or more GET APIs (/queues or
/apps or /nodes).
