This is exactly why this umbrella is logged. We start with the web UI and move
everything to the new REST calls. The last step is then to remove the old
calls. We use approach 2 throughout. If you state that it is not possible then
we should never have introduced the new API as we can never remove the old one.
YUNIKORN-956 (removal) is blocked on the work for YUNIKORN-955 (web UI). The
other parts can be worked on separately from the web UI change and the removal
of the old REST calls.
