As in [YUNIKORN-1630 where the scheduler.yaml and scheduler-load.yamlÂ
|https://github.com/apache/yunikorn-k8shim/commit/9440507bb114c6e35763269f2b3c900d1d19eacc]were
aligned we need to align the plugin.yaml with these files. plugin.yaml is also
not mentioned in the README.
The plugin specifies RBAC in the file has a health check defined etc. We need
to use the same setups in all files. Same RBAC, health check, load balancing,
http port spec etc
