I agree, the default queue is not fixed. Even if the default queue is set in
the admission controller it might not exist in the system. Because we use
placement rules the {{root.default}} might never exist. Example: if we use a
user placement rule with create flag set to true as the only placement rule.
Not sure if we can somehow force the focus on the drop down to make sure the
user chooses a queue...
