We either correct the link to point to /apidocs/zookeeper-server (we have
apidocs for jute, but agreed to not link that), or generate the apidocs to /api
folder as we did in 3.5.5 and prior. Both requires changes in active branches
(not just website branch).
I would go with changing the link to apidocs/zookeeper-server
