ok. that version does not support propagating folder deletions. so what
happens is that mbsync re-creates the deleted folder because it thinks
it's a new one, but then the next phase notices that a different folder
previously existed in that place and refuses synchronization.

upgrade to 1.2 to be able to delete folders.
