Exchange doesn't like long lines (upper than 9900 characters) and
closes the connexion when it encounters one with an APPEND.
Even if RFC states "no more than 1000 characters per line" it's
not uncommon to find messages breaking that rule up to more than
9900 characters, especially among 700K messages from a old robust
Unix imap servers.
