Well, the use case is that I have many emails marked as deleted because I think
I do not need them any more.  And then, once in a while, when I see a lot of
deleted emails in a folder, I go and have a quick look at all the deleted email
subjects, if I do not find any that has been deleted by mistake, I expunge the
mailbox.
