 Does it mean you can't see timeout with -D or you can't understand
 why this timeout happen?

 Make a network traffic capture for IMAP (with tcpdump or wireshark)
 and post here a fragment of timeout with 10-20 packets before it.
 Supply it with IMAP session log from mbsync -D.
