Hi all,

taking this back to the list, Oswald was kind enough to help me and
recommended to go a two-step approach. The mail server's layouts are
too different, to find a solution in one go.

[ Sync of subfolders of the Inbox fails]

If I understood Oswald correctly I need to create two different
stores, pointing to the same Account. One of them contains a path, and
the other one does not.

Then I can sync the subfolders of the original INBOX using the store
with PATH.

Example for a channel matching only one subfolder of the Inbox:

>> Channel channel_GMX_zu_Hetzner_with_Path
>> Master :IMAPStore_GMX_with_PATH:
>> Slave :IMAPStore_Hetzner_offlineimap:

This unfortunately does not work.
Warning: channel channel_GMX_zu_Hetzner_with_Path: master Mini48
cannot be opened and slave Mini48 not empty.

When specifying the folders directly this worked, so it seems to be
related to the pattern:
> Channel channel_GMX_zu_Hetzner_with_Path
> Master :IMAPStore_GMX_with_PATH:INBOX/Mini48
> Slave :IMAPStore_Hetzner_offlineimap:Mini48

(Side note, explicit folders also work if I use the store without the
Path)

Can someone enlighten me where my error is? Did I understand the
patterns wrong?

Kind Regards,
Johannes
