And I even got the next step working: I successfully set up yet another mail store on the slave side and can now sync subfolders of the master's Inbox to a subfolder of the slave inbox. Master-Imapstore: Path "INBOX/" Slave-Imapstore: Path "INBOX.some_subfolder." (Apparently Hetzner Webmail displays the subfolders of the Inbox as folder on the same level as Inbox and Drafts and Sent. So not having 35 folders messing up the folder list is a nice improvement!).
