• Perform analysis of business issues, provide recommendations for possible
solutions, work with Business users and IT project teams to drive decision
making and define requirements for application development, ensuring that
business needs are being met.  Complete documentation for functional
requirements which guide application development efforts, working closely
with the development team and business teams to ensure successful
implementation of business requirements.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of the business requirements
process used to define requirements for systems projects, assist with the
definition and negotiation of project scope and create appropriate scope
documentation.
• Analyze opportunities to improve application reliability, provide
recommendations for possible solutions, and work with IT Architects and
Business partners to implement solutions that enhance application and
infrastructure reliability
• Work with IT and Business partners to build support processes and
procedures, provide ongoing support to manage application SLA's, resolve a
majority of the problems and fulfill service requests that do not require
application development.
• Communicates project status and escalates issues as needed.

It is essential that the successful candidate knows the Siebel Service
Contracts inside out, knows and understands CRM best practices and is
considered thought leader who can work with users and management to identify
areas for improvement.
SKILLS
  It is essential that the successful candidate knows the Siebel
Service Contracts inside out, prior engagement of atleast two
new implementations preferably for high-tech industry/vertical, knows and
  understands CRM best practices and is considered thought leader who
can work with users and management to identify areas for improvement.
  Experience in leading cross-functional teams
  Strong facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities
  Working knowledge of SQL, Siebel Analytics / Oracle Business
  Intelligence and Microsoft application software (i.e., Word, Excel,Visio
and Project)
  Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of an organization
  Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, work independently
  Ability to work in a team environment and be open to change
  Experience with RDBMS concepts and Siebel data model
  Experience with any one or more - Siebel Call Management (call centers,
CE dispatch, and entitlement), eService, Siebel PRM, Service Parts
  Planning and Procurement will be huge plus
  Experience with Oracle E-Business suite will be a plus
  Responsible thought leader with in-depth knowledge of current CRM trends,
products and best practices
  Strong background of Web technologies J2EE, XML and basic Unix skills
is highly desirable.


EDUCATION >>   Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field
