Send me resumes at [EMAIL PROTECTED] The location for this job is 9300 Ward Parkway, Kansas City, MO 64114 The candidates will be required to do a face to face interview These BSAs need to have MAINFRAME system experience Rate $40/ 6-12 months This is a BSA - Omniplus upgrade project defining functional requirements Looking for someone with some OmniPlus knowledge or been through an upgrade before Functional requirements is the main skill He will look at any candidates with Plus first, if they don't have that in the pile, all then looking for the most qualified. Better to have a background in Mainframe applications or a beginner to moderate level of SQL would be beneficial as well Summary: Works under general supervision. Troubleshoots routine problems. Familiar with operating system at administration level. Essential documentation skills, analytic skills, testing skills and experience. Provides technical and analytical support to assigned jobs. Exercises discretion and independent judgment on a daily basis. Major Responsibilities: . Identifies, assesses, and records near-term business needs. May recommend business priorities and advise businesses on options, risks, and costs versus benefits . Researches to determine if solutions to business needs currently exist within or outside the business unit, and if not, whether new solutions are feasible . Documents business requirements, and communicates requirements to the development team for the design and implementation of business solutions . Provides input, on occasion, to the development of formal business cases when enterprise-wide business solutions are proposed . Contributes a business or process perspective during design reviews . Ensures required documentation can be easily translated into test plans and have been completed with the Quality Management team . Helps develop and implement UAT test plans, cases and scripts . Works with business and technology leads to identify the appropriate data for testing, and prepare that data for the test cases . Executes UAT with available tools, using the requirements documentation provided .
