Design and develop a SharePoint Applications design template and a pilot
application using it. Review, recommend, and provide support for best practices
in SharePoint applications development and deployment. Support and train
development staff in SharePoint application development

Experience with systems software, systems development, or web development.

Experience designing SharePoint Applications for both internal and
external users using Data Collection forms (InfoPath), Workflow routing,
Document organization and management, SharePoint authentication and
segmentation of users, Setup of development and production environments with
change management

Knowledge of : InfoPath, MSSQL, WEBFOCUS and Reporting Services reporting
tools,
Content management, Image Repositories

Detailed knowledge of integrating SharePoint applications into Active
Directory
